Eastbuilt constructed an architecturally designed granny flat complete with bedroom, garage and wrap around patio located in a fire zone area.
We faced challenges during the project due because of poor quality ground conditions due to imported fill materials in the past. We worked with the engineer to make changes to the structural slab design.
