This renovation project in Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches involved removing structural walls to create open plan living and reworking the floor plan. A new kitchen was installed where the laundry used to be and a new bathroom located at the site of the old kitchen. We also demolished an old concrete patio to give the area a new look.
