An extensive Northern Beaches renovation project to double the size of the property. It involved an extension to the rear of the house to create open plan living, increasing the number of bedrooms to five, as well as new front and rear decks. We worked closely with the engineer to make changes to the structural design in order to make the extension more cost effective and to complete the job in a shorter timeframe.
